Skin problems present themselves in many forms on many different types of skin, but why are skin problems so common? Did you know skin is an organ? It is actually your BIGGEST organ to be exact! Just like every part of your body, your skin needs proper love and care too, and even proper nutrition prevents skin problems!
That is a sign of a deeper problem that may need some immediate attention!
Skin problems are an indicator that the body is not functioning correctly. It is almost like the skin is an outward magnifying glass to what is going on inside the body.
Important organs like the liver and kidneys are overwhelmed and cannot remove toxins and waste effectively.
Toxins from the liver, kidneys, and other organs build up in the body and eventually come out through the skin. This can be either through a rash, dry or red skin, bumps, or discoloration.
An accumulation of toxins in the body can also contribute to congestion/allergies and bowel issues.
